My New Sermon

By pureevil8

Such a tiny shell in a womb,

Sacredly held so gently,

With the passing of time,

Becomes the miracle of life.

A life incomplete in the beginning,

Filled with the torments of some lives before,

Unsettled they carry the weight.

The confusion and fears,

The thoughts that have no meanings,

And the urge to seek answers,

Hanging heavy upon their souls,

Driving them to search for relief.

But so many deny this urge,

Continuing the path previously set,

Which offers no answers or relief,

And is so lined with suffering.

Some get impatient,

Unable to wait for fate to arrive,

Creating an imbalance and unrest of the wheel,

Bringing only more suffering.

One must realize the order,

And allow themselves time to learn.

Come as you will all you blind and lost,

And listen to the words I speak…

Life is not a race,

All start and end at the same place,

And if you will listen to the secret of life,

I will speak it true…

Learn what to do,

Learn what not to do…

Learn what to say,

And what not to say.

You can either learn or suffer,

The choice is yours to make,

And in their own mind everyone is right.

So lay down your fears of the future,

Take time to gather your knowledge,

And when the events of your life are done,

You may pass as I,

Knowing in your heart you have succeeded in life,

And knowing you will be an even greater person in your lives to come.
