Inspirationless

Inspirationless

Walking down the road, she’s prettier still.

Yet she watches the things all so wrong in her life.

She cries out in desperation.

She’s desolated and designated.

She’s here in her world

Her mind as empty as her personality.

She’s full of flare, a tattered self-esteem.

She’s walking a mile a minute.

She’s running away.

From her place in the world

She’s a swinger on a swing,

She finally let go.

She falls, and her untainted grace lets her fall.

She’s not getting up, forever in the spot.

But she’s to stupid to just give up.

Gashed and bruised she gets up and walks away.

She’s trying and she walking away.

In the end she’ll always give up.

But now she’s comfortably numb in her place

She scurries away.

Hidden in the shadows she stays.

She’s inspirationless
