Freedom

By InTheWorldOfAme

Freedom -

She's a bird in her cage

She lies in her wake

She doesnt believe in chances

She never got one.

 Watching as the world revolves

Wondering when she'll break free

Nothing's ever changing

She doesn't believe.

Broken and Battered

Corrupt as she waits for her chance to break free

She's watching in wonder

Wonder if she'll ever be free

She doesn't believe in love

But she's trying her best

Tattered in crimson red

Watching a moonless night.

Waiting to no avail

She's a prisoner in a palace

Her acting skills make her who she is

But she's empty inside.

Looking at the people around her

She falls, grace, was never there

She's gone, but she's finally happy

This is her not; the last stand; She's free.
