You'll get what you deserve

By ShatteredSouls

One day.
You'll look back on your life,
And you'll see the many things you did.

One day.
You'll see me in a crowd,
You will drop to your knees.

Your memories will flood,
Your mind will be lost,
I have always been there,
In the back of your mind.

Haunting the past,
Regarding the present,
And tainting the future.

One day.
You will see what could have been,
What you lost to selfishness.

One day.
You will regret everything,
You will want what you can no longer have.

You'll get what you deserve.
Your heart will break.
Your mind will numb.
You will join the others.

Lost to your mind,
You'll get what you deserve.
Watching life fly by,
You'll get what you deserve.

Fate,
Forced this way,
By mistake.
Faith,
Broken by lies,
Shattered from within.

Trust,
Lost with time,
Spread in a hush.
Destiny,
The ultimate destination,
Lost and confused.

One day.
Cold and black,
Harsh words will be repeated

One day.
Love and Lust,
Will be one in the same

You'll get what you deserve.
Scream of insanity.
The horrid sounds.
The air thick with madness.

The sun will blacken.
You'll get what you deserve.
The moon will dim.
You'll get what you deserve.

You will look back.
One day.
You'll get what you deserve,
