dead inside

i just want to end it all but my mind wont let me go
suicidal thoughts spinning round an round in my head
please wont someone end my suffering
i just want a knife to cut out my heart to end the pain inside
I am dieing inside
I am losing myself slowly
My world is crashing down around my head and there isn't a damn thing i can do
