Solace in dead silence, vociferous
By demonofthefall
Watching the world roll on without me
I feel at home, at ease.
Sitting, watching, feeling this new,
With no sense I stare, breathing, taking my time,
though no seconds feel like they pass
thoughts duck and weave trying to penetrate this wall I put up
made out of complex silence,
a palace made of dark, awaits my eyes, though I transform it into day
this pleasing silence, the shouts of the mogul all a part of the world
I leave at bay
for these few seconds I reach a bliss that needs no one and nothing,
my place
I whisper in this state, and reach in from the outside its time to leave
as all noise finds its place.
Solace in dead silence, vociferous

this speaks perhaps as much as i do - nice to see my own works paraphrased somewhere even if unintentionally :) this was a calm thing, the conclusion - delicious.
