Orchid

By cherietree

Walking alone to the river side,
My shadow the company by me,
I see a lake before my eyes.

Into the lake i stand and stare.
The reflection is me as light as air.
Surrounded by orchids far and wide.
Peacfully resting on my me.

My hair is flowing about me,
Angelic and ebony,
curls of harmony.

My skin is pale flawless and white,
My dress is flowing about me in a sillouette of white.

And as i stare at my cold dead eyes,
I know that love was my only dimise.
