Our Children

By Angelic Demon

Hey, our children?
Where are your mother's your father's?
Where is your forever protecking angle that guides you through these hard times?
Cause child I watch you take the bus home alone and I can't help but wonder,
Our children where did your angle go?
Our children looking so alone and scard.
Our chidren walking lifes dangerouse road.
How can we find these lost souls of theirs?
Our children reach out...

Where are your parents and why are you alone?
You seemed so unprepared and lost.
Its such a big city and here you are.
Alone on a bus.

" We can not prepare our children for the futuer, but we can prepare the futuer for our children."

I know love..I sit on the bus with you and we see this little kids riding alone, and I do wonder why their parents let them do it, but our world is far from perfect and their parents are probably off getting high (at least the ones in my neighborhood) Its sad but theres no way to make parents care or make kids be kids if they're trying to be adults.
