a slow burning
a dead voice behind a cold dead stare
just a rumor
forgetting that distance is it’s own charm
she said;
“a cold fuck is better than the warmest love”.
“i’ll breathe life into your desire”.
i’m out of shelter
just as she brought the storm through me
a subtle weakness
the line snaps and her voice oscillates with edge
she said;
“i’m vulnerable and need to feel you near”.
i left my logic locked behind the door
only suspicions remain
forfeit instincts and intrude on this
concede to spirals
we’ll both blur the lines of reality
she said;
“come with me and overdose on need”.
“i know the thoughts you lock inside”.
she droned and whispered;
“forget oxygen and all of it’s demands”.
over clocked passion
the shape of lies that rival dreams
she laughed;
“i can’t see the pupils in your eyes”.
something in the room shrieked and tore me
i’ve forever lost whites’ color
the scent of thrill agenda stained the room
then she smiled;
“i’ll give you something you can keep on film”.
i can hear her
“my touch will bleed the ghost out of you”.
shame at right moments seem to echo pride
