Grand prize: DC$ 8

The rules were given as the following:
The pun, or paronomasia, is a form of word play which exploits the ambiguity of a statement, allowing it to be understood in multiple ways for an intended humorous or rhetorical effect.
The topic for this poetry contest is to write a witty pun, quip, quibble or joke, using any of the various structured poetry styles. It can be a limerick, couplet, sonnet, senryu, one liners or ANY form of poetry you prefer. Free verse counts as well.
Here is a simple example to help explain the idea better:
"There was a man who entered a local paper's pun contest.
He sent in ten different puns, in the hope that at least one of the puns would win.
Unfortunately, no pun in ten did."
The funniest punny poem will be the winner of the contest, as judged by myself and DravenDarkheart.
Remember to have fun, and may the best pun win!!!!
