Cabals - How To Create Them

You can create a new Cabal, but only by making a sacrifice:

The Ritual:

1.  First, the mastermind should come up with a name, logo and a charter for the new cabal
2. Second, the mastermind should post it in the Cabal Applications forum, following the instructions there.
3. Third, the mastermind must convince at least 9 other conspirators to agree to be charter members of the new conspiracy by posting a reply to the application.
4. Once the conspiracy is sealed, the mastermind must contact DarkPoet to request that the Cabal be created

Should DarkPoet approve the Cabal, the leader will be able to recruit new acolytes as they submit formal applications.
