  • "Good good. I wanted it to start funny and then take a frightening turn. It's kinda what I want to do - make people laugh and scream. Piss themselves and then shit themselves."

  • "'It has two eyes, a nose and mouth, but they’re all competing to see who can look most like an ear.' Not only am I pleased with that line, I'm smug about it. Glad I cheered you up."

  • "Well, the idea is I want to do the four elements. This one (spoiler) was fire. What's happening is the old man is a retired fire fighter whose house catches on fire, but he's so ill and lonely he sees the fire as an old acquaintance. I want to do something similar with water, earth and air. And I'm only 27, I'm not old."

  • "You are so welcome. I have to go now, it's getting really late. It's been beautiful speaking to you and I hope to speak again sometime. Good night and don't let the bastards bring you down."

  • "You know what, I'm going to give that a go. Just because you're so awesome. It would have to be an evil, murdering Cheshire Cat though. It's sort of my style."

  • "Thanks for your very kind words! I'm working on another poem right now called 'Ghost Embryo.' If you enjoyed this you might like it, it's sort of in the same vein as 'The Reapists.'"

  • "It's just a silly idea of mine. Imagine a banana skin-like device that's invisible, and if someone steps on it they fall but the force of gravity becomes so powerful their body is smashed to pieces on the ground. It's daft, I know, which is why it's composed in a sort of spoof hymn."

  • "Thanks! This is my first stab at poetry, I'm more of a Comedy/Gag writer at heart but wanted to try some dark poetry. Your comment really made my day."
