  • "Wow girl! Thanks for all that love. I respect your opinions a lot so. David and I have actually considered doing a book collab before. But i get the sense that he says that a lot... you know how he is! Cant keep his pen in its cap. "

  • "You seem fond of your own sense of love unrequited. I don't blame you, since it serves you so well. "

  • "The title caught me for obvious reasons. This was interesting, reflective and very cleanly presented. I sort of imagine you signing your name to something, hunched over a kitchen table and sorting through bills while having this flashback memory. In which case, what you have done is not simply shown us a poem or a snap shot but left us to wonder at the before and after moments. What lies between the juxtaposed pictures? "

  • "It's interesting, the way you write as if to someone specific but in ways that make others feel as though it could be for them. Even though some of these images are presented as almost memories, by the end i was almost convinced they were my own. "

  • "This certainly felt as a lucid dream. Calm in spite of vivid intensities. This reminded me of staring deeping into a painting until you slip into it. Of course, I have an affinity for ships and oceans."

  • "i have an affinity for astericks. This was clever. Light hearted with some side dish camoflage truth tendrils. "

  • "Ive often imagined histories for the lady carved upon the ship's face and forced to crash bosom first into salted waves. This Siren took that form in my mind. This was really... haunting. "
