- "I remember when a six year old boy fell in the crocodile pit and was drowned by one of the beasts. Bill Haas (owner of the Serpentarium) shot the croc the next morning, and was quite broken up by the entire episode. Sorry to be a downer on this piece but this stirred the old memory banks, thanks."
