- "When I was 13 years old and in the 8th grade I read this poem. I then showed this poem to all of my friends. I believe it was shortly after you joined the site (the most recent post had been "The Chainsaw Show"). We actually printed out a copy of this and then our teacher found it. They blocked DP from my school's server and we got in trouble. It was worth it.

- "Oh. my. fucking. gosh. This is why I fell in love with your words so long ago, you capture these graphic moments then display them for me like a piece of art. The two of you together are incredible. The first line that got me was "her raspberry voice" then the part about stapling the tiara to her head and her being the princess....oh lord I'm at a loss.....and you even included a part about a hatchet?? Oh, yes."
