- "In the Bible it says the faith is not of ourselves; I lacked the faith to make a change until I was at my lowest point, relationships in tatters and ruins, from trying to do things my way. If I try to run the show, I'm going to mess it up. That's not to say that whatever talents or skills I may use (such as poetry) can't have an element of originality, but I want to praise Him for what He's done and is going to do in my life because of His power and love. Of myself, I can do nothing (but ruin things for me)."
