- "Wow! Lots of wisdom in this piece... I am in my 50's now and I am starting to feel this too - things not done, realizing there isn't another 20 years to throw away on something poorly planned and executed, looking at the ages of the people in obituaries... There is definitely a need to focus on what I want to be known for by my children after I am gone. The piece about what my final thoughts are likely to be is also sobering. Time is short, precious, and unbankable! ...and things said and done can never actually be undone. Thank yu for the reminder, dear Worm! Ciao, T/S"

- "It's back. I remember when I first read this like 15 years ago. To this day, it may be the most memorable piece I've ever come across. So good to read it again, old timer. "

- "reminds me of how my stepson gathers up dandelions into two bouquets -- one for me and one for his mom. This was touching and heartfelt with a sad ending. "
