- "Okay, this is where poetry becomes tricky, the divide between the authors intention and the readers perspective. This seems to me a purely transcendant movement, a recognition and subsequent 'paralyzing' moment when things are seen clearly and can only be surrendered to. "Strings detach from my libms" reads to me as 'the self' breaking from what confines and the last line its' effect, that paralyzing yet transcendant surrender. Least, that's how I see it. =) Wonderful piece, twas a pleasure to read. ~b"

- "This was written for someone who is in many ways special to me. Her name means 'flower' in her language. The only reason I picked the rose is that I needed the thorns :)

- "Your eloquent description of the dragons makes me want to try reading fantasy again--it's the one genre I've always had difficulty finding an interest in. Still love this piece and forgot to mention how very much I enjoyed the "hobosnails" stanza--pure delight!"

- "I have to admit I have stolen the name from my favourite fantasy writer Robin Hobb. I love its sound. The dragons in the book are magnificent, arrogant, and dreadful though purely graceful creatures that restore balance to the world."

- "I really like this--wonderful fantasy feel to it. Love the flow and the use of language. I'm curious about the name or word Tintanglia--the only reference I could find online relates to a dragon?"

- "This is an unusual style, but in a good way. That's interesting, because usually comparing a love to a rose is cliche but here it is not. The last two lines are lovely and very relatable, which contrast to the complex lines before them. The last line especially was great; it reflects how language will fail us everytime when w wish to convey our thoughts and feelings (especialy in english!) But ironically, we still try everytime :)"
