herd the truth

By to love a psycho

going to bed hungry
only to wake up craving more
isn't what i planned
a tear stained face
stares out at you
from blue rimmed eyes
thinking on it causes stress
headaches soon to burst into being
not being able to assess
what's going on
in your own life
when you're trying to piece it all together
the unknown combination
not yet found
to the closed door
the vault of hidden secrets
toying
always dangling in front of me
only to transform into something less desirable
these sleepless nights
have never been clear to me
as well they should
while you enjoy the spoils
as my life rots
you've been driving too long
on the proud highway
and i think you should take the next turnoff
weird exaggerations are being herded out
but how much of it is true?
