+* Arcadia hidden in Night *+

By NikesRain

clouds brush across stars
lingering in phantasmic embraces
we know their sweeping secret
having found the effervescence
the key to everlasting bliss
in the reliquary of a dream of ages

the warmth of you
so close and exquisite
intoxicating to every sense
as you fit me against you
your radiating landscape
needing mine to complete your horizon
so we can exist endlessly untouchable
breathing in synchronous shivering

we conform so flawlessly
you graze a whisper against my neck
it’s expelled in feathered sighs from my lips
your eyes speak to me of love and bliss
and i dive wholehearted into their depths
filling my lungs and sight with their saturation
drowning willingly in promised exultation

you are sedation and rapture
capturing in tender sensualities so delicate
instilling languid fascination and serenity
then consuming my senses in such divinity
my soul and spirit cry out for you
gasping from kisses deep and spellbinding
shuddering in waves of anticipated nirvana

heaven and paradise dwell in your passion
each caress feeding longings and desires
i am engulfed in aching wanton flames
needing to possess you exquisitely entirely
and surrender to you and your hunger completely
i am the shore which thirsts for your driving waves
the tide that wants to wrap you in an empyrean forever

stars shine bright and clouds drift sweet
but you and i know their secret

"as if your radiating landscape/needs mine to complete your horizon"... That line is just beautiful. You are beautiful & it so shines through your work. Inside, out....(agrees w/Brian, no words seem worthy) Julia~

You make it sound as if bliss could be tangible, and a person could be wrapped in it. ^V^

This is an amazing piece - wonderfully exposed and beautiful in its depth and eloquence like complete enrapture - abandon and 1+1=1 - a marvellous equation...
