Surprise!

By Hello Dead Kitty

You surprised me
With your longing glances
That told me you wanted me,
That said you needed me,
That relayed your love for me.
You hypnotized me with your desire.
I was under your control.

I was surprised by the warmth you raised in me,
By my desire for you,
That flickered at my skin as hot flames do.
I loved you so fiercely
I felt as though I would drown in your soul.
I dreamed of our eternity.

So why did you surprise me so?
As I discovered your lifeless, bloated, and cold body,
Swinging above the bed you once
Laid me down in so lovingly?
Why did you allow me to glance upward to you,
Expecting to see you overflowing with desire for me,
Only to see a noose around the neck I once
So needed to press my warm lips upon?

I have a surprise for you now, my love,
My savior from the abyss of hell I once resided in.
You were my life and I, yours.
And now I hate you and your fucking rotten, bug-eaten corpse.
I hope you now glance lovingly towards your soulmates
Beside you in hell, for all your bloody eternity.
