tachycardia(lyrics adapted from poem)

By Jonas

shake the vice
tying your heart to your
heels
it's not worth dying
though that's how it
feels

and audrey screams at me
past a cigarette
and audrey screams at me
with a diamond pendant
between her pushed up
tits
and audrey's got no regrets
and audrey's got no regrets

i am the son of
beltane's fires
i am the sire of
jealousy
i am the weal of
sensual back-fire
to touch the spire
of apathy

and audrey screams quietly
through pursed lips
audrey screams inadvertently
through a boy's dirty wish
and audrey's got a checklist
and audrey's going somewhere
and audrey is never less
and audrey's got no regrets

I second Bast, I'd love to hear this. heh, I can hear it in my head, but no doubt it is nothing compared to the actual music. Brilliant.

lovely, lovely... i want to hear you sing this... it could either be slightly screamo and intense, or slow and charged with emotion.......

(and i bet i'll like it more than "morning dew"... tho maybe not as much as "viking hat" which i put on personal mix cds. :)

My thoughts on the completing of this were a verbatim copy of mysticventures' comment. :) I love it. I want to hear it outside of my head. It's fantastic.

"to touch the spire of apathy" - I feel that very much right now... I wish I could care...but right now I can't muster the empathy required. This had a great, funky feel to it. Good to see your thoughts again. Ciao, T/S Scholar
