southern summer by railroad tracks with a book
By Jonas
the evening is coming
and though the sun
will stop throwing
flesh searing radiation
it'll still be muggy as hell
but the southern summer's
good
for a slippery fuck
i'm sitting by the railroad tracks
with questions
wishing i had no desire
to know the answers
wishing i had never thought up
the questions in the first place
i try to forget myself
in the hum of life
around me
it plays loud
like an orchestra drunk
but
deft

this is my third reading of this piece--I really love how you weave words into that draw me in to this world of yours--and I love the second stanza

As always Jonas, your works make one think. It may be a bit different what I'm going through now... but I feel the same as you describe. Come see me, hun. ~*~LW~*~
