Free the Soul

By mysticventures

Mired beneath the ego
the panacea of life lay hidden
To all but a select few
this - man's greatest treasure
remains unseen, unheard -
unknown

For those who explore it's depths
driven by that primal urge
which says 'know thyself'
find therin, life itself
and it's reward -
heaven

Such is the very soul of man
could he but free himself
from the ego's homespun web
of selfish passions and desires
and finally know truth in -
liberation

freethe soul
free the soul
free the soul
