showing something pure
I've tried and died,
lied at your door
But still confess
this broken cure
For healing comes
from dying within
and mending comes
from giving in
and likeness comes
from making amends
But loving comes
from breaking trends

Thought provoking view point. Thought there was a lot stated with the second stanza and enjoyed your outlook. What started with a feeling of hopelessness wrapped up with a plan for acquiring such hope. Interesting read.
