Embryonic Evil

Here I float at peace
I know not what I am
I know not whence I came
I only float

I am a fetus with a chainsaw
I'm a self-aborting lad
A fetus with a chainsaw
This little sac is mad

I'm embryonic evil
Trying to find the light of day
Embryonic evil
Every dog gets his day

I'm growing now
Getting stronger
I can almost reach the starter
I wait for my fingers to grow

I'm a fetus with a chainsaw
Abortion Doc's beware
A fetus with a chainsaw
Now we're fighting fair
