a classic american death (story)

By cut dagger cut

if the chamber of this gun is emptied before the night's over
you'll know exactly where to find me

somebody save me before i blow this bullet from my hand
because where it'll end up
is just too lovely to run from...
so i'll fall and she'll stay standing
so i can only hope her heart fell too

she speaks in sorrow
and when the words come out from her mouth
the come in pain
in pain and pain

the chamber of this gun is emptied
and the night isnt over
and i'm laying on the floor

i just saved her
so she cant blow bullets and take my steps to falling
but she's still standing there
with my skin in her hair
and she falls
she weeps for me, her story

i'm so glad she was here to see this
thi what she did to my fucking heart.
