By Samantha Crocker

Death to be so simple
Yet complexity confounded around it
Who to blame or where to go
What to do or when to say it

Death be quick and engulfing
Let the sufference be not
The blame laid to waste
Upon the outskirts of our beach

Butterfly wings open my eyes
And change this scene
Take the darkened and black
To renew in color with life

Mistakes be forgotten
But forever changed
From the cocoon you will see
All of life and what it is ment to be...
