last moment of lucidity, forever

By Nixx

Imagine being in so much pain that when it started,
whatever breath you had in your lungs was all you were ever going to get.

Your muscles would contract in a permanent state of exhale.

Unable to gasp or move knowing the moment would come when your heart would give out and brain shuts down.

Then someone taking your last second of lucidity and stretching it into eternity.

That last moment of desperate fear, pain and panic.

Do you fully understand forever?

With dreams like that I don't know if I would want to sleep either but then again nightmares are more interesting than reoccurring boring dreams : ) : (

My nightmares are recurring. About the same two people. With the same reocurring feelings
