Alone

By happilydepressed

Have you ever been lost in wonder so pure
You thought you was in Heaven for sure
And you don't have to worry and no need to hurry
But is this reality or is it another well wrote story
Could it be designed to decieve?
And if the same lies are told how did we ever come to believe
That life and death cycle which we never heard a whisper from the other side
Perhaps they have voices in the eternal dakness whey they reside
And in your mind deep inside
Where your thoughts with your fears confide
Is a sliver a knowledge left lost lingering alone
As your eyes strain from the blue light of the screen of your phone
Is your finger numb from the scrolling?
And now your eyes start rolling
Roll back in your head and catch a glimpse
Your eyes stare straight into an eclipse
Blinded by millions and millions of stars burning
And your eyesight now returning
And now the credits rolls and the movie ends
You look around and you look for your friends
