Mea Daemones - Prelude

Beautiful creatures of divine perfection,
still tied to carnal passion,
of ethereal bodies ... of ghastly complexion,
of sublime motion, rubenesque and unreal.

The beginning

I closed my eyes, darkness and silence,
on that still inexplicable night,
my ears screamed, into the perfidious void,
until the screech became unbearable.

I felt myself fall, into an abyss that seemed
to drag me to death itself,
until suddenly, with an explosion,
I was expelled into the silent sky.

And like a feather in the air ...
I flew, attracted to the gray universe,
I knew then that my body was not there ...

I was devastated, but later ...
A big storm caught me,
"Where am I?" I wondered ...
