Genuflection

By LIFEINVADER

If I didn't love you,
there would never be this instant,
in which the blackness of my eyes,
delve into the blackness of your gaze.

If I didn't love you,
it would never be a time,
in which my fingers caress,
your delicate skin,
the fire in your neck,
full of snowy traces.

If I didn't love you,
how do you think my lips,
eager to have you,
would not prolong, if anything, a second more,
close, so close to your mouth?

Of course I love you,
now, and only now,
right on that imperceptible line,
that divides the moment when I kiss you,
and the moment your blood is spilled.
