Where Is My Home

By Elizabeth kaczocha

They say that home is where the heart is....

What if your heart has been shattered beyond repair?

When every promise has been broken?

Where is my home then?

Where do I call home when my heart and hope are gone?

My home maybe gone, but I have to think of me for once.

Maybe someday I'll find my place to call home...

Even as your heart is shattered it is time to find all the pieces and place them in a box so that one day someone who loves you for who you are can help you put all those pieces back together.

home is a state of mind and is always hard to truly find there is so much we leave behind before we truly discover who we are.
