...Silence of the rage

By SolApathy

Into the depths of decadence, I feel the call
~All in all they said it was just a brick in the wall~
You didn’t see the crumbling of it, after all
 corruption imbued in my soul
Violence of a contained rage
Seeping into the mortar
Fracturing this mortal cage
Can you see my leer –
does it, my love… imbue fear?
Rage of a tranquil soul
Unleashed upon this mortal coil
Blade of radiance, corrupted by blood
Nothing to lose –I choose
Death and devastation; forsaken salvation
I bring to this world the judgment it so richly deserves
I curse the world with my final words of silence
I shalt never speak again
My eyes speak volumes of your sins
My corruption extends to the universe I once held
In these final moments
I am the purgatory in which you fell
N
ow you grasp there are truly things worse than
 …Hell…
Yell, scream, beg, rant, cry, rage
It makes no difference at all
I watch as each of you fall...
Your bones to become mortar of this foreboding
...Wall

You already knew I would love this. Working in those lyrics added another layer. The night is complete now.
