knotted

By Magdalena

She pinned big red hearts
in the sky above his head
painted them black
and pierced them
with lightening bolts

he was scattered across
her moonshot pupils
shards of his soul
piercing her dreamland
invading her Jezebel thoughts

she breathed fairy enchantment
into his decaying corpse
and watched the fresh blood
swill through his veins
pulsing with life

her crushed daisy hair
strung him by the wrists
and she pressed her saliva drugged lips
against his ghost like mouth
her photo framed wish

forbidden Polaroid rasp
she got her fingers
knotted around his lens
eyes charged
caught in his galvanic effect
