Live in Death

By SirEnders

As Death once said
In Him, I'm not dead.
As only Life can kill
In Death you are still.
No need to feel pure
For all you endured.
Live in Death's hand
He will help you stand.
Falling in love with Him
As bright is now dim.
He stands in the ray
Waiting, He will stay.
Until you are ready
He will be there steady.
Not ushering you to Him
Waiting, for your own whim.
Loving you still, unending
It shan't be bending.
When you are ready
He will be steady.
To take your hand
And lead you from sand.
To the oasis of Death
A sight to take your breath.
