predatory scry

By Feral

...forethought reveals

the obelisk at the center
of the universe, caught in the primordial
future.

is time real to those for whom past, present, and
annihiliation are
but different directions in which to look?

the moon dies, crescent-wise
and the wanderer is trapped in cosmic horrors of Red.
of blood and billion year old rock.

she wears a cloak of mountain peaks and fears
the soundless winds of time that erode.
but she must bear witness to those that see...

...and know
the difference between the
monarch and the viceroy.

the poison and the fragility.

I really enjoy the perspective of this. Especially stanzas 2-4, they compliment each other nicely. +tpu+

Similar to those cool intros done for any movie or tv show where they show different points in time of the storyline and the gen the questionable outcomes. Bad ass.
