Seren and Eira

By Magdalena

 [I]
she is more diamond than coal
her hairline fractures are filled with summer
and her tears reflect the fantasies she lives in
even when she saves them for rainy days
you still know they are there

[II]
there is sadness in the slow movement
of her fingers trailing the windowsill dust
her bruised eyes belong to the moon
and she is glued together with spring-time
waiting for the flowers to break through

[III]
she is no good for you, she writes poetry
unless you can swim through that
you will never reach her, it's a million miles
of labyrinth and mirrors
and if you do, there is a chance, she will fade away

[IV]
she will fade away

[V]
she is never alone in her loneliness
and she doesn't get close to love, or let it
find her
she is not for you.

Eira~

all wings and nervous energy
a shape(less) soul stutters under flesh and bone
the day is breaking apart
long before, the night crushes it, black and blue

thunder clouds, pressed in bible pages
from childhood schools that raped innocent minds
the wretch secretly hiding
behind the eyes of a bastardised perception

it all is just a grave- waiting to be filled
there is no rebirth, just a never ending of something else
the web is bigger, than you, and I
it is everything, connected
everything effects everything

I can taste the rain on my lips
while it scatters my reasons to hurt anymore
at least I won't melt today .

The imagery is just exquisite...I love little slices of a scene like "there is sadness in the slow movement of her fingers trailing the windowsill dust"...wonderful piece, Mags, wonderful! Scholar
