Degauss the Dysphoria

By Ortolan

I'm in the mood for excitement today
expecting too much from the human race
boredom and lassitude turn me away
average people stay out of my face

I'll play a tune for adventure my way
rip off your mask, hear the laughter insane
crack away introvert shells with disdain
my hopes are high but I stay in my place

I got so tired of the same old things
he's in the mood for a killing game
turn on technology, use that machine
quasi-vicarious video games

Real life turns average grinding insane
something half wrong in the right routine
turn up your nose, cut it right off the face
maybe in dreams, yes, or maybe my fantasy
