The bondification of affection

By cadymae

"I want all of your affection
and none of your fluids
and only part of you"

The ties that bind can be woven for effect

They scarify your flesh  but

that pattern will be mimicked in the sinkholes of your soul

How can you stay

                               away

when the only thing that fills the holes
Is the Thing that made them in the first place.

Your writing is like Bukowski's in that it's poetic weight can bring angels crashing to earth with it's hard-hitting truths. Yet there's also something uplifting about your works in their eloquence.
