. fluidity and fail-safes .

By NikesRain

underwater dreams
of drowning clouds
breathing rain like solace
cradled in silence

to be so graceful
pulls me deeper
into these aching hours

oblivion save my wishes
in azure moon pulled softness
keep them washed safe
for one more possible breakdown

to be embraced gentle
lulls my trembling
in delicate viscous blue

ophelia whispers with aqueous sighs
the secret of crystalline sorrow
washed diaphanous in slow ripples
while holding on to waves of dreaming

to be so elegant
a heart floating with hope
even when the body lies still

Stunning imagery, hopefully I'll improve mine as well because I just feel like my poetry is so weak compared to yours. Beautiful poem, merci.

Beautiful, I could picture Ophelia sinking beneath the surface as I read it. Wonderful imagery...I hope you keep kicking toward the shore, my friend. :) Ciao, T/S Scholar
