It's whatever

By SickSanityJenn

I buried it down by the river bed
Where nobody would ever see
It had suffered until it was dead
And nobody mourns it but me

I used to think that it might survive
If only long enough to feel free
But that was back when I felt alive
When the mirror still reflected me

When it turned to stone
All love abandoned me
Waste of flesh and bone
That's all I'll ever be
