Things to Break a Soul, One Poem Lost at a Time

By BetaWolfinVA

How is it that i
should allow my spouse to rip
out parts of my mind
poems deleted press by
press... is stopping her so wrong?
.
some woman's notebooks
getting washed by a boy friend
orĀ spouse is so wrong
but i'm evil becauseĀ i
won't let my spouse delete stuff?
.
both things break a soul
one poem lost at a time
if my wife is mad
she can write it to tell me
and not tear my broken mind

It is a selfish man who would worry more about his own broken mind than the mind of his spouse that he is breaking, to then blame her for the tearing of his.

My current wife didn't break my mind, I thought I was whole again when I met her... and when I married her. She did not break me. Deleting poems isn't even a Band Aid, and hinders my attempts to ... not get worse... Scholar

"My current wife didn't break my mind" Yes, I got that and did not allude to otherwise. I referred to you blaming her for tearing your broken mind.

Deleted effluvia needs to be replaced Dredging what was laid to rest. for a long time I was able to... not... but I was not able to tread water. I've started again, but What she cannot see cannot hurt her. (Members only - insert glyph of cowardice and self hatred) Scholar
