Mason

By Phalanx

Now that I remember my name
Let us speak on the matter.

We hear voices more often
Than we choose to talk about.
On a calmer note we can talk holding hands
As if we were the normal couple.

Though, such voices do speak and
Give us back our misbehavior.
I hope you hope we can be so very correct.

The severity in this saying
Swallows the fact that in this numerically marked moment,
I choose not to choke.

We can't stay here long because they're watching and
I react to survive and keep what I can of this universe for us.

I'm not using my hands to kill everything.

I'm trying to keep it together.
