Poems Just Waiting to Happen
By lupus tenebrae
Where you see scribbles,
I see loose patches of daffodils
vying for a sliver of sunlight.
Where you read nonsense,
I read messages of love
and loss worn thin by erosion.
Where you hear racket,
I hear the ambience of
a distant bustle on a cool,
April's night...and, when you
feel nothing at all, I feel there's
a poem just waiting to happen.
