A Clover in Plain View

By lupus tenebrae

You know what? Sometimes,
inspiration seems like two
opposing steam-trains, vying

for a word in edge-
wise or pillow-talk 'tween a
hopeless romantic and his

four unmoving walls,
but other times, it's subtle:
a clover hidden in plain

view, a thorn just be-
neath a rosebud in full bloom.

I logged back in briefly because you needed to know that this is truly beautiful. I cannot believe that I'm the first one to comment either. Well... I love the hidden in plain view sentiment because this treasure is one of them. ♥Nett- Scholar
