nature triangle

.
.
I pushed the split halves of your face together          Â
as if in the cracked chrysalis of flesh,gone, long gone,
I could still find you,         Â
the lucent beam,the unmade aperture still shining in the dust before you
were born
Blessed who trains my hands for fingers ,
gloom cuts your months ;
standing between earth and hand
Time sinned the lord.
people are almost stone.

A duality. Jesus and Lucifer both the Morning Sun? No! Can't be. Your poem perches and chants along with the wind on a beautiful marble mausoleum.

Not sure why, but this reminded me of Stonehedge. I just saw a glimpse of it while reading it. Felt the atmosphere...I'd like to read this there. Another triumph. Lucid writing, I'm down to the high...

I leave this comment every year or so... I wait and wait, sifting through the mindless banality that overwhelms this site every day hoping to find real and true poetry once again, the genuine article that stands illumined against the rest... Thank you! Your work has made that dredging wait worthwhile. Needless to say I am hanging on your every wonderful word. ~b

You are certainly welcome. And don't worry overmuch, genuine, intelligent poetry is lost on the masses. It only means you are doing something right. Take comfort in that.
