Asylum Hearts

By man of decay

I gave my sweetheart
 a box of broken glass
She went to school the next day
And cut teachers, Instead of class.
I gave my sweetheart a vial
 filled with pure LSD,
Now she is insane:
Just like me!
We write love-notes with crayons
 upon the padded walls.
We often run naked
 down hospital halls.
We trade medication.
We taunt the head nurse.
We put our feces
 inside her purse
They say we’re the worst
 they’ve ever seen.
Together forever:
High on Thorazine.
