Firefly have you ever wondered,
What you would do if you were cornered,
By people who want to do you harm?

Would you show off in your prison,
Shine your bottomless light on the glass horizon,
Or would you be too shy?

Would you buzz frantically,
For the help of your family,
Despite the fact that they can't hear you?

Would you thump against the molten barrier,
Like a bug, a super power carrier,
Hoping that your insignificant strength would save you?

Would you enjoy the view,
Wherever they take you,
And hope they'll set you free?

What would you do firefly?
Now that it's just you, the glass jar and I.

...nice metaphor. very sad choices: to fight without hope, or simply accept that pitiless fate...
