The Lizard Mind (Part II): The egg-tooth of the Lizard Mind

Once you are aware of them, you see them within people.

And you see the people who are cognizant of this extra-ness,

And you see the ones who USE it.

The sum personality of the physical self,

 the animal prescience,

the combinant consciousness of the flesh,

and its appetite to continue living and sensing the world.
 

The thing that is us, 

awakens when we do.

Woe to the weak when it awakens in the mean.

Joy to the needy when it arises in the saintly.

Awaken it will,

unless the personality is iron-clad

surrounding it.
